Korean Tuna Mayo Rice Bow

A quick, comfort-food staple perfect for a fast solo lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl of warm steamed rice
  • 1 can of tuna (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Optional: Seaweed flakes (nori) and green onions

Instructions:

  • Mix the drained tuna with the mayonnaise
  • Fluff your warm rice in a bow
  • place the tuna mixture in the center
  • Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil
  • Top with seaweed flakes and green onions
